Around the tower, there are plenty of nature trails, and there is also an accessible canopy path around Puijo Maja, which delights visitors with seasonally changing themes. Puijo is a must-visit destination for every traveler when arriving in Kuopio. In the area, you can also find seasonal activities; during winters, the favorite is snow tubing, and in summers, there is a magnificent 18-hole disc golf course at Puijo, with discs available for rent at the ticket office. Throughout the year, you can also experience the thrill of virtual ski jumping.
